1. Executive Board to concentrate on Programs for the year.

2. Tom Kunz discussed possibilty of "Art and Conservation" event.

3. Discussion of the upcoming Soule event.

4. Advocacy Committee (Dave Wiley reporting):

• Setting guidelines

5. Conservation Committee (John and Dave reporting):

• Committee is investigating new ways to find environmental news for website.
• Trying to increase contacts and outside submiters of news (Boston Globe Auto-submit)
• Contacting and networking with other Massachusetts organizations.

7. Discussion of policy and guidelines for E-Docs and other publications

8. Building Field Experts database.

9. Education Committee: Agreed that the Speakers Board needs to be developed more.

10. Book Reviews to be added to website

11. 501c3 & Hale and Dorr: MassSCB executive board to finalize paperwork with Hale and Dorr.

12. Membership Dues: MassSCB to start collecting.
