- Conservation Perspectives - eJournal is a great success
- Over 700 visitors to the ePublications section since March, 2000
- Webmaster suggested having a "no frames" version of the eJournal
- Suggested that Conservation Perspectives be available in .pdf format as well

- Executive Board voted to combine the following committees:
- Audit & Legal + Membership + Nominations --> to become Operations Committee
- Education + Programs --> to become Programs & Education Committee
- Audit and Legal Report
- Executive Board to ask Louis Hamel of Hale & Dorr to serve as Audit & Legal Committee Chair, or to at least act as legal consultant
- Membership Committee (presented by Lelia Orrell)
- Career Committee (presented by Jean Ngyuen)
- Career Night scheduled for November, 2000 progressing well
- Conservation, Advocacy and Media Committee (No Representatives present)
- Executive Board moved that all formal correspondence, hard copy or electronic, be reviewed by the Executive Board prior to release.
- Programs Committee (No representatives present)
- Began discussion of January and spring meeting ideas
- Elizabeth Farnsworth was nominated to chair this committee
- Education Committee (Presented by Mita Bhattachrya)
- Continuing to develop a curriculum for High School and Middle School teachers
- Committee continues development of outreach/education through visiting area schools
- Committee will begin work on reviewing other organizations educational groups and curriculums.
